Wildlife Conservation Society Educational Programs
The Bronx, Central Park, Prospect Park, and Queens Zoos' Education Departments offer interactive classes that have a stamp of approval by animal lovers of all ages!
Central Park, Prospect Park, and Queens Zoos have child and caregiver classes such as the NEW Little Hatchlings series for 10-23 month olds, the popular Toddler Time series for 2-3 year olds, and Kinder Kritters for 4-5 year olds. In the themed classes, kids and caregivers are able to touch live animals, engage in movement and song activities, make a craft, and do an activity at a zoo exhibit. We also offer classes for older children such as Jr. Keepers classes, urban ecology courses, and school break programs. Adult programs, family overnights, and teen internships are available at select facilities.
